Donation Policy (No Refunds)
All Donate a Book purchases are considered charitable contributions toward book distribution.
Because books purchased through this option are immediately allocated for donation and outreach distribution, all donated book purchases are final sale and are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
Once a donation purchase is completed, the book is designated for delivery through our outreach partners and cannot be returned.

Shipping Policy
Thank you for your purchase of Driver Seat. We are committed to processing and shipping your order as quickly as possible.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment is received. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
During high-volume periods such as book launches, special events, or promotions, processing times may be slightly extended.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the shipping address and selected shipping method.
Estimated delivery times may vary depending on the carrier and destination. Once an order has shipped, delivery times are determined by the shipping carrier.
Shipping Confirmation
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information if tracking is available.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees required to reship the order.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier. If your package appears lost, please contact the shipping carrier first. You may also email us for assistance.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at abrule@rockinnola.com with photos of the damage and packaging so we can assist in resolving the issue.
